I didn't use any strawman fallacies, I just simply began by showing that fetuses meet the 6 characteristics of life, and then I showed that they also meet the definition of a human being (just as much as a 1 year old does).

I thought we've been over this once before. In order to qualify for person hood, you have to at least have a brain. Even if it was a human, it has no right to be inside of the mother. It has permission, and nothing else.

That isn't a standard, in anyone's book but yours. It isn't based on anything, you just say it needs a brain because it fits your point of view.

You see that dead guy over there? No brain? He's a human now. The fetus is kept alive by the mother, and she has the right to do what she wants with it. I'd agree that we need to stop abortion, but we won't do it by banning it. We need to teach proper use of contraception. Banning it outright would only do more harm to the mother.
Oh, and in most philosopher's books, you're not considered a person until you become self-aware.

Shouldn't the HUMAN inside of her be given the choice, when he is able to make that decision? I don't agree with assisted suicide, but it's still better than letting someone else choose for you because you are simply unable to at this time.
